• DAMAGES

a. Damage/Incidental Deposit: A deposit of $______ is required to secure the booking. Deposit is returned 24-48 hours after event and space has been returned back to its original state without any damages. Deposit will not be returned for any of these said reasons: (cancellations, Party Decor/personal belongings left behind, un-swept floors, venue damages, missing/damaged equipment and/or property, etc). In the event damages are beyond the deposit amount or becomes un-repairable, client shall be responsible for any fees associated with replacement or amounts beyond deposit.

• Balance:
  

The remaining balance of the rental fee is due and payable to the Venue 14 days before the event date for special events and 30 days for booked weddings. If the client fails to provide full payment without any communication, the venue has the right to cancel clients date and all monies paid will be forfeited. Full Payment is Due if the event falls within 14 days of needed date.

b. Payment Method: Payments shall be made by invoice, cash, cash app. No checks or money orders are accepted. **See our payment methods***

• decoration and design
  

a. The venue offers decoration and design services [custom backdrops, focal point decorations, wedding arches, balloon decor.]

b. The Client may choose external decorators, subject to venue guidelines. ( No Confetti, no tape can be used on walls/ceiling that will cause damage or chipping) (Must be removed from all surfaces at conclusion of the event.)

• liability, INSURANCE & Permits
  

a. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the venue harmless from any liability or claims arising from the event.

b. The venue maintains liability insurance coverage, and the Client is encouraged to obtain event insurance.

c. Client agrees to obtain a special event alcohol permit for anything beyond beer and wine. (Venue can assist client with obtaining one.)

• cancellation and refund policy
  

Cancellation request can be made by emailing Toptiervenues@gmail.com

Deposits are non refundable for cancellations from the time of booking/fees paid. If the client cancels 30 days or more a full refund shall be given minus the deposit. If the client shall cancel less than 30 days from the event date, the venue will retain 50% of any fees paid. If the client fails to provide written cancellation notice all monies received by venue shall be forfeited by the client. No refund will be given for a no show on the date of an event.

• RESCHEDULES
  

a. We understand things happen, Top Tier Venues allows the client to reschedule their event date up to 1 time and up to one year from date of reschedule, without paying an additional deposit fee. If the client shall need to reschedule a second time, the client will lose all said deposits made and will need to make an additional deposit to secure a new date. Client may book more than 1 date at time, each date will require a deposit and will not be transferable.
